Éden

The exhibition "E?den" presents a set of prints from 1991 entitled "Cinema Paradise. Descriptive Memory", which is part of the collection of the Municipal Photographic Archive Lisbon [Arquivo Municipal de Lisboa | Fotográfico], and proposes the (re)encounter with one of the most emblematic projects of architect Cassiano Branco who passed away 50 years of his death.

In this work, Daniel Blaufuks captured architectural aspects and details of Éden cinema, images that are now precious objects and a pretext for reflecting on the value of memory and the importance of photographic archives.
